Booking Policy
DEPOSIT
All appointments require a non-refundable $50 deposit that credits towards your procedure. Deposit should be sent within an hour or your appointment will not be confirmed. Please send your deposit via e-transfer to info@karehaven.com with your booking name and type of service.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please check to see if you have any of the following contraindications as it is best not to book an appointment until you consult with your doctor. If you are unsure, please feel free to send an email to info@karehaven.com.
Allergic to Lidocaine
Viral infections and/or diseases
Cold Sores
Epilepsy
Surgery
Blood borne conditions such as HIV or Hepatitis
Skin cancer
Pregnant or nursing
Diabetic
Accutane in the past year
Skin complications
(Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris, Eczema, Dermatitis, Sunburn etc.)
LATE POLICY
We have the right to refuse service if you are more than 15 minutes late and you will not receive your deposit back. Our schedules are quite busy and if you are more than 15 minutes late, it can impact the next client’s appointment. We respect your time and we have allocated a dedicated time slot for all of our clients.
RESCHEDULING
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you must notify me 72 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Only the first reschedule is complimentary.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit for initial appointments will be forfeited if you do not to show up to the appointment. There is no rescheduling of any appointments.
